The existing home is sited at the corner of busy suburban intersection. The goal was to create a new vehicular entry point and new garage addition for both safety and security, along with a new pool, outdoor living space, veranda, and guest suite. Renovations within the existing footprint included a new kitchen, living space, gathering, and master suite. The objective was design both the renovations and additions to look like they was always part of the original home.
